Harvested（Revo rice）

On Friday, October 14, 2022, we harvested “Rebo rice (Kinuhikari, Hinohikari, Yamada Nishiki)”.
“Rebo rice” does not use any pesticides and is rice grown from the rice of the previous year every year.

We were worried about the effects of bad weather and typhoons this year as well, but we were able to get the same harvest as usual.
Yamada Nishiki is brewed in the delicious and popular Junmai Ginjo Sake “Tenchi no Izumi”.

It is said that God dwells in each grain of rice.
